Asana Yoga is designed to deepen your mind-body connection through mindful movement and breath. It is a practice that is meant to adapt to your body and your circumstances. Through the regulatory practice of Yoga, one can come into alignment with their highest self.
For me, Yoga isn’t just about relaxing. It’s also about bringing yourself into a state of regulation that is appropriate for the environment that you’re in.
Then from that state, you can move forward to make the best decisions for yourself and your community.
